1. Introduction

By using our services or subscribing to our plans, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the services provided by RP Shield Solutions Inc., based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

2. Services Provided

We offer tech support and protection plans for both individuals and small businesses. These services include troubleshooting for electronic devices and online protection (e.g., blocking harmful content).

3. Subscription and Payment

• Home Support Plan: $20/month CAD
• Home Protection Plan: $40/month CAD
• Business Support Plan: $50/month CAD
• Business Protection Plan: $100/month CAD

All subscription payments are processed via debit or credit card only. We do not accept cash for subscription services.

4. Service Requests

For Subscription Plans:

• Subscription plans include unlimited service requests per month for issues under 1 hour. The first hour of each request is free. If a request exceeds 1 hour, a fee of $60/hour will apply, charged only if the second hour is fully used.

For Non-Subscribers:

• Non-subscribers are charged at a rate of $60/hour for any service requests. No free hour is included.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide reliable tech support and security solutions, we are not responsible for:

• Any data loss, system damage, or other adverse effects that result from using our services.
• Failures due to factors outside of our control, such as hardware malfunctions, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any misuse of our services that results in security breaches, data leaks, or compromised systems.
• The accuracy or functionality of software installed or recommended during the service process.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate backups of their systems and data before engaging with our services.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is important to us. We only collect information necessary to provide services and process payments. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saint John, New Brunswick.
